This is a legal and binding contract between you and Dean Law Firm, Inc. (“LAW FIRM”). By using this site by browsing, accessing or downloading, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, or are legally unable to agree to these terms, then you may not use this site.
1. LAW FIRM is comprised of attorneys licensed in the State of California. Its office is located at 1610 West Street, Suite 2, Redding, CA 96001. To the extent it is a requirement that an attorney be designated with respect to supervising this site, that attorney is Michael E. M. Dean. By accessing this site, you agree that the use of this site is in Shasta County, California and you agree to venue in Shasta County, California.

No waiver by LAW FIRM of any breach or default of this Agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
13. LAW FIRM may at any time revise this Agreement by updating this site. You agree to be bound by any such revision. You should periodically visit this page to determine the current terms of use.
