Stephen M. Dean is the founder and lead attorney of our firm, bringing nearly 50 years of experience to the table. Throughout his career, Stephen has built a reputation as a trusted advocate for clients tackling a wide variety of real estate issues. His community service includes sitting as a Judge Pro Tem in Shasta County Superior Court for more than 20 years. He has given many seminars and talks on issues including Crime-Free Housing, landlord/tenant laws and mobile home park rules and regulations. Mr. Dean’s experience in this community makes him the ideal choice for legal representation.
